Caroline Pack, B.A.

Intake Coordinator

Locations: Beverly Hills/Mid-WilshireTelehealthTorrance

Caroline is a recent graduate from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. During her time at UCLA, she earned her certificate as a “mental health advocate” through the university’s Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) center. This training focused on topics such as psychological resilience, supporting students in distress, and suicide prevention, which allowed Caroline to take the knowledge she gained from her classes and apply them to real-world circumstances.

In addition, Caroline worked at UCLA’s Stress Lab at the Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior. During her time at the lab, she contributed to the California Stress, Trauma, and Resilience network, a cross-sectional study at UCLA in collaboration with UCSF, Stanford University, and the California Surgeon General. This project studied the life-long health implications of childhood trauma, and provided interventions for participants in hopes of reducing their overall stress levels.

As a mental health advocate, Caroline hopes to convey her passion for mental healthcare through her interactions with clients via phone and email.

She is the Intake Coordinator for the Beverly Hills and Torrance offices.
