Director of Intake Services and Administration
Sydney plays a pivotal leadership role in shaping the client experience from the very first point of contact. She oversees intake operations, optimizes scheduling systems, and ensures administrative processes align with the practice’s clinical standards, providing both clients and clinicians with responsive, high-quality support.
She holds a B.A. in Psychological Science from Cal State University San Marcos in 2017, graduating with distinction and as a member of Psi Chi, the International Honor Society in Psychology. She also earned an A.S. in Biology with an emphasis in Science and Mathematics, reflecting her long-standing interest in the integration of psychology and medicine. Her early clinical training includes work in palliative care settings and medical roles across UC San Diego and orthopedic surgery practices.
With a strong foundation in both behavioral health and healthcare systems, Sydney is known for her ability to streamline workflows, lead with empathy, and uphold the practice’s commitment to excellence in client care.
