
Rachel Atkins is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults experiencing anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, trauma, depression, life transitions, perfectionism, and relationship concerns. She earned her Master of Social Work from UCLA and has 15 years of experience providing evidence-based psychotherapy in both community mental health and private practice settings. Rachel integrates several evidence-based treatments to meet each client’s unique needs, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills. She is committed to helping clients develop practical skills, increase psychological flexibility, and create meaningful, lasting change.
