CBT and DBT Training for Mental Health Agencies

CBT California is the developer of the Los Angeles County Recovery-Oriented Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (LACROCBT) and Los Angeles County Recovery-Oriented Dialectical Behavior Therapy (LACRODBT) models. These nationally recognized frameworks are designed to help organizations implement sustainable, evidence-based practices that truly impact clinical outcomes.

We offer:

  • In-person and virtual CBT and DBT training options

  • Customized curricula tailored to your population and goals

  • Ongoing consultation and supervision

  • Support with implementation, fidelity monitoring, and program sustainability

Our outcome data demonstrates that clinicians trained through the LACROCBT and LACRODBT frameworks not only develop competence in delivering CBT and DBT—but their clients also experience significant clinical improvement.
